The Turing Building is a Grade A Office Space

The Turing Building has achieved BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, the highest certificate possible, thanks to features such as its Net Zero Carbon design, solar panels and water efficiency.  

WELL Gold

WELL is the framework for assessing and certifying people-first spaces that foster health and wellbeing. With its abundance of natural light, 100% fresh air indoors and a biodiverse roof terrace, all of which can help people feel their best, The Turing Building has been awarded ‘Gold’ certification. 

WiredScore Platinum 

WiredScore certification for office space measures digital infrastructure and connectivity. EPC A 

EPC ratings indicate a building’s energy efficiency. The Turing Building is fitted with 100% low-energy LED lighting and has low carbon emissions, as it's powered by 90m2 of onsite solar panels, contributing to its EPC A rating – the highest possible classification.
