“From our very first conversations with Lendlease, we recognised that the Turing Building is so unique. Of course, it’s a stunning workplace tower, but there’s so much more.

To give the whole 21st floor over to an amenity space really sets this building in a whole new ballpark. So, we realised just through that decision that hospitality, community and the whole occupier experience is absolutely key.”

We will have a team of people here who are looking after the occupiers’ needs. Whether it’s on the ground floor, whether it’s on the 21st floor, whether it’s in a meeting room or the client lounge, it’s this real ‘one team’ approach; the same culture and the same warm welcome. 

“It’s also working with the other service providers. We provide reception services and we’re going to be looking after the welcome on the 21st floor but, of course, we can’t do that in isolation. Every single service provider and their team who work in this building have interaction with guests, so it’s making sure that we’re totally aligned with what that overall experience looks like.”
